NT Rugby pathways manager Paul Healy has unveiled the state’s brightest rugby talents of 2023, naming three strong squads ahead of next month’s representative tour to Canberra.

The gruelling trial and selection process kicked off back in April with a 90-strong training squad and has since been whittled down 64 Territory juniors.

“We’re really pleased with the squads this year and I’d like to thank all those who were involved in the selection process – it wasn’t an easy task,” Healy said.

“It’s an exciting time for NT Rugby fans to get behind our junior stars and we’ve got high hopes for all three sides in Canberra come July.”

The 64 youngsters to have earned selection will don the Juniors Mozzies strip to tackle Australia’s best emerging players at the Southern States championship.

Kian Bosman and Noah Po-Ching will skipper the under 16 and under 14 boys respectively while Natalia Grant (captain) and Mariama Little (vice-captain) will lead the under 16 girls.
