The 2025 Darwin Rugby competition has already delivered in spades with Casuarina's two-point win over Swampdogs headlining a massive Round Two.
The Cougars were outscored four tries to three but held on via Trey Crowley's 12-point haul from the tee to defeat Swampies 27-25 in XXXX A-Grade.

It followed Casuarina's earlier win in B-Grade - 24-5 - though Swampdogs fans had plenty to cheer about with Mariama Little scoring two tries in their Women's 26-22 victory.
Over at University Oval, Pirates extracted some revenge from last season's grand final with a 32-7 XXXX A-Grade win over Souths.
It followed a 52-12 Women's victory and a 29-19 B-Grade win headlined by Kaveni Gonewai's four-try showing.
Meanwhile Darwin Dragons also swept their Round 2 fixtures against Palmerston Crocs with each of their XXXX A-Grade, B-Grade and Women's sides earning a bonus-point win.
In the U17 Boys competition, Dragons ran out comfortable 45-8 winners over Palmerston.
Swampdogs also enjoyed success in the the U17 Girls competition, defeating Palmerston 62-5.
