This notice is to advise of the upcoming annual general meeting of the members of the Northern Territory Rugby Union Inc.
The details of the meeting are as follows:
Date: Wednesday 2nd June 2021
Time: 6:00pm
Location: University Pirates Clubhouse, Lakeside Drive, Brinkin NT 0810
At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
- find out about the operations and finances of Northern Territory Rugby Union Inc
- ask questions about the operations and finances of Northern Territory Rugby Union Inc
- speak about any items on the agenda
- vote on any resolutions proposed
At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
- accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
- accept the Auditor’s report
- accept the annual financial statements
- appoint and pay an Auditor
- elect the Board
