NT Rugby Welcomes New Manager Pathway and Participation

NT Rugby is excited to announce the appointment of Paul Healy to the revised Manager Pathway and Participation role.

Paul will commence on Monday 9th May and will hit the ground running with the 2022 NT Representative programs.

The role has been revised to focus on Coach Development across the Clubs and Schools in the NT and the player pathway for the NT representative programs.

Paul returns to the NT as a Level 4 Rugby Coach after previously being the Head Coach of the NTIS program in 2010 and 2011. Since then, Paul has continued to progress as a Head Coach and leader with Club roles in Spain and Romania as well as National Coach roles in Chile, Brazil and Germany. Paul was the Head Coach of the Houston Sabercats in the USA Major League Rugby (MLR) competition between 2019 and 2021.

Most recently, Paul has been working with North Brisbane Rugby Club in the Hospitals Cup competition.

NT Rugby currently has a Rugby Development Officer role advertised on Sportspeople. The Rugby Development Officer role sits under the Manager Pathway and Participation role working with the clubs and schools to grow participation and develop players.
